📋 Requirements to Apply

To be a potential candidate for the Langcom England Excellence Scholarship, students must meet the following rigorous academic standards:

1. Cambridge English Certification

You must obtain a minimum grade of "B" in one of the following exams, which must be taken through Langcom (Huaraz), Euroidiomas Lima, or Euroidiomas Arequipa:

• Cambridge English B2 First (FCE)

• Cambridge English C1 Advanced (CAE)

• Cambridge English C2 Proficiency (CPE)

2. Academic History at Langcom

Applicants must have completed a minimum of 30 courses at Langcom (online, in-person, or blended) within the four years prior to the application.

Exemplo: For a December 2026 exam, courses from June 2026 to July 2026 are considered.

3. Academic Excellence & Merit

Selection is based on a strict order of merit. We prioritize students with the highest grade averages (from highest to lowest), using the Cambridge 0–230 scale where "A" is the top score.

The selection process is transparent and takes place every October during Langcom's anniversary month.

• One-to-One Selection: If a winner cannot travel, the scholarship passes to the next student in the strict order of merit.

• Age Requirement: Students must be at least 18 years old by the date of selection. (Students under 16 who win must wait until they turn 16 to qualify for travel).

• Visa Processing: The British Embassy grants the visa; processing is the sole responsibility of the student.

• Announcement: Winners are revealed during the official Cambridge certificate ceremony.

Once selected, beneficiaries receive a notarized letter and have seven business days to accept.

Mandatory Briefing: Two weeks before departure, fellows attend a preparatory session covering:

• Media Consent: Winners agree to provide testimonials, photos, and videos of their experience to inspire future students.
